A medical technology provider for health workers in developing countries, wins the first edition of the everis Awards Nederland 2020

everis Netherlands and the everis foundation announced Goal 3 as the winner of the first edition of the everis Awards Nederland.
The GOAL 3 project enables and empowers doctors through durable and easy-to-understand medical technology in the places where it is most needed.
Every year, millions of people die because they do not receive adequate care. Doctors and nurses in developing countries are unable to help their patients in time because they lack staff, training and equipment.
This reality has been the starting point of a journey of development and continuous improvement. GOAL 3 identifies and develops data-based health technologies from a collaborative perspective. These technologies are combined into an integrated and easy-to-use digital tool for health professionals, allowing them to provide better care and improve health at a really low cost: from one dollar a day.
The winner receives 10,000 euros, specialist mentoring from i-deals and everis Amsterdam, and a ticket to the international final of the everis Award, where he or she will compete against finalists from 9 countries in Europe and Latin America.
Among the finalists: Greenswapp and SyncVR.
